Handling historical changes
Submit effective periods and immutable source revisions. A rehire creates a distinct employment episode linked to the existing Person. Corrections name the revision they supersede. Out-of-order arrivals must reconcile explicitly or produce a conflict. A new snapshot is not a lifecycle event stream.
Release status
The guides and API reference describe the reviewed design. Workforce API operations and complete integration remain proposed. Existing application capabilities are source-verified, not a public availability guarantee.
