Existing part_of semantics cover Person-to-Team and Team-to-Team structure. The complete workforce extension will preserve primary/matrix membership, head/lead/member roles and solid/dotted reporting. Never substitute a containment edge for a manager relationship. Temporal episodes close and reopen explicitly.

The guides and API reference describe the reviewed design. Workforce API operations and complete integration remain proposed. Existing application capabilities are source-verified, not a public availability guarantee.
